Lunch orders are available on Monday and Thursday each week. Place an order at the office before 9.00am on each of these days. A copy of the price list is available for collection at the school office and is published in the first newsletter of each term. The menu complies with the DEECD Healthy Foods Policy.
We hold a sausage sizzle each Friday. Either a sausage or hamburger in bread can be purchased for $1.50 and $2.00 respectively and vegie burgers are $2.50 each. Tickets for these items should be purchased from a Grade 5/6 student monitor on duty outside Room 9 on Friday mornings before 9.00am. Parent helpers cook the weekly sausage sizzle and supervise distribution.
We provide our children with numerous healthy eating and healthy food preparation opportunities, including preparing salad 'roll ups' in classrooms and preparing then sharing fruit and vegetable platters as a classroom activity.
