CSEF

CSEF will once again be provided by the Victorian Government to assist eligible families to cover the costs of school excursions, camps and sporting activities. 

If you hold a valid means-tested concession card or are a temporary foster parent, you may be eligible for CSEF.

Payments amounts for 2026 are:

• $400 per year for eligible primary school students
• $400 per year for eligible secondary school students.

How to Apply

Applications for 2026 CSEF support will open from 27 January 2026.

A new form must be completed at the start of every year.

Closing Date

You should lodge a CSEF application form at the school by 26th June 2026.
