How Do We Enrol?

Parents not living in the school zone are required to complete an Interim Enrolment Form

Parents must supply the school with the following items for full enrolment.

1. A complete full Enrolment Form
2. A certified copy of your child's birth certificate or the original and the school can take a photocopy of it. 
   
   • Birth Certificates can be ordered from the Victorian Registry of Births, Deaths and Marriages
3. A certified copy of your child's immunisation certificate or the original and the school can take a photocopy of it
   • Document issued by the Australian Childhood Immunistation Register on completion of their 4 year old vaccine
